Acceptance

By accessing or using MoldToxinTest ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not Medical Advice

The Site provides a wellness screening tool only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health decisions.

Your Email Address and the Emailed Report

We ask for your email address before the screening begins. By providing it you agree that we may send you a link to your saved report, and a small number of related follow-up emails if you do not complete the test or do not unlock the full report. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further messages without affecting your access to the Site.

Treat your report link as private. Anyone you forward it to will be able to read your results, and you are responsible for how you distribute it.

Saved reports are deleted automatically 90 days after the test. Download or print yours if you want to keep it for comparison against a later retest. Once deleted we cannot recover it.

Payment and the Full Report

The screening itself is free. Unlocking the full report is a one-time payment, shown in US dollars at the point of purchase, taken through Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Access is granted immediately on successful payment and is attached to your saved report, so the emailed link opens the unlocked version on any device for the 90-day retention period.

Because the report is delivered instantly as a digital product, it is not returnable in the ordinary sense. If the product does not work as described, or you were charged in error, contact us at the address below and we will put it right.

The Report Interpreter

The free lab report interpreter explains what values in a test report mean. It is an educational aid and produces no diagnosis. It uses an AI model, which can be wrong, and its output should not be relied on for any health decision without a qualified professional.

Only upload documents that are yours or that you have permission to submit. Do not upload another person's medical records. Use is limited to one interpretation per IP address per 24 hours.

No Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that test results will be accurate for any particular individual. Screen calibration, vision conditions, medications, age, and other factors can affect results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoldToxinTest and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Site or its results, including but not limited to decisions made based on screening outcomes, the content of an interpreted report, or the loss or disclosure of a report link.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial wellness screening purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
